1. Purchasing and Website Security:

Use the Add To Cart button near each print to choose items and the Shopping Cart link on the left or the top to access your shopping cart at any time.


You can check out from the shopping cart or from the top of the site at any time.


All personal details provided will be for the use of the purchase and will never be used outside ' (Carla Daly Prints)' or disclosed to any third party. Our shopping cart credit card payments are handled by Worldpay or Paypal (depending on your choice), they are both leading secure online credit card transaction services. Your credit card details are not disclosed at any time during or after the payment process to anybody other than Worldpay or Paypal (they are not disclosed to us). We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Purchasing, Delta, Mastercard, and Laser through Worldpay and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover through Paypal. If you use Paypal for payments you do not require a Paypal account to pay for your prints.

2. Refunds:

Damaged prints - Carla prides herself in the quality of her prints if you receive a damaged print please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement print. Please wait for our confirmation of receipt of your email before you send your purchase back. We will ask you if you would like us to replace the print (provided it is still available) or refund your card. Wrap the item securely and include a short note explaining the reason for return. Return to the Carla Daly, 11 Cambridge Ave, Ringsend, D04 DW66, Ireland. We will also pay the return shipping costs.


Undamaged Prints, Non Personalised -You may return new, opened or unopened items sold and fulfilled by '' within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.


Personalised Prints With Error - Any personalised print with an error on it will be resent immediately. Unfortunatley, if the print is personalised  as you directed, and as a personalised print is unique to you, we can't refund  if you simply don't like your print when you receive it. We display on the website as close as we can the way your finished print will look like. Each personalised print is individually created to suit you, colours may vary slightly.
