Panda Wall ArtPanda Wall Art - New work! Just completed this panda illustration to send to my licensing agent in the USA. It has taken me about a week to complete. A mixture of Photoshop and inks. There are a lot of layers to this image. I wanted to create an image with bold, simple line, strong colour and an electric background. I think I succeeded. 4 animals in this series at least will make up this series.  Mr fox is my next animal to add to this series. I want to use animals I haven't illustrated before. Animals with simple, strong colours.  Above fox wall art, early stages of my illustration, I will post the finished drawing in the next few days.

Carla qualified from art college specialising in children’s illustration. Her first job out of college was working closely with BAFTA winning, UK author Roy Apps. Roy wrote and Carla illustrated the much loved, children’s book series, The Twitches. After illustrating the Twitches, Carla went on to illustrate children's books for many publishers in the UK, Simon & Schuster, Heinemann, Oxford University Press, Hodder Headline and more!
Carla has recently started to license her artwork, the first clients to license Carla's illustrations was the jigsaw giant Ravensgurger. More companies have been added to Carla's licensing list.
