FOX ILLUSTRATION by artist Carla DalyFox Illustration by Irish artist Carla Daly. I am loving Mr fox! A follow up on my post yesterday. I had stated this illustration and posted a very early sketch of it on my previous post. I have now worked two days on this image and it just came together so easily. I loved working on this fox illustration.  I am creating a series of six animals in this group of illustrations. I have completed panda and fox, now onto a moose, I think! I want to work on animals that I haven't illustrated before. As you know I am always using giraffe, zebra, lion, tiger etc in my illustrations. I think time to branch out. Carla Daly is a Dublin based Irish artist / Illustrator - after Carla qualified from art college specialising in children’s illustration, her first major illustration job was working closely with BAFTA winning, UK author Roy Apps. Roy wrote and Carla illustrated the much loved, children’s book series, The Twitches. After illustrating the Twitches, Carla went on to illustrate children's books for many publishers in the UK, Simon & Schuster, Heinemann, Oxford University Press, Hodder Headline and more!
Carla has recently started to license her artwork, the first clients to license Carla's illustrations was the jigsaw giant Ravensgurger. More companies have been added to Carla's licensing list.
